Steven Girard

Steven Michael Girard, a talented and vibrant individual who touched the lives of many, passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 31, in Battle Creek, MI. Born on February 24, 1993 in Bay City, MI, he spent most of his life in the Kalamazoo and Battle Creek area. Known for his funny, creative, and artistic spirit, Steven brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. His sharp wit and cheerful disposition endeared him to friends and family, leaving behind cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Steven is survived by his loving mother, Vicki Girard (Lansing), his siblings: Andrew (Jessica) Mellen of Kalamazoo, Kendra Girard of Kansas City, MO, Ashley Girard of Kansas City, MO, Abigail Girard of Lansing, and Lucas Girard of Lansing; nieces, Faith and Paige Mellen; nephews, Whitehead and Niko Girard; grandparents, Rose and Meredith Minter of Battle Creek and Gary and Lois Girard of Lansing. Steven joins his late father, John Girard and grandfather, Donald Kullik in eternal rest.
