Marcellus

Adam Christopher Thomas, born on November 3, 1989, in Newport, Arkansas, left this world unexpectedly on February 27, 2025, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was a beacon of light in the lives of many, and his absence is felt deeply within the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him.

Adam was a selfless individual, always willing to lend a helping hand and bring joy to others. His wonderful sense of humor lit up every room he entered, and he was known for having the loudest and most infectious laugh that could brighten even the cloudiest of days. Despite the challenges he faced in life, Adam longed for love, care, and acceptance—a longing he found abundantly fulfilled within his Rainbow Farms family.

A remarkable volunteer, Adam dedicated his time and effort to various organizations, including the Rainbow Farms Free Store and the Marcellus Food Pantry. He also volunteered with Feeding America, showcasing his unwavering commitment to serving those in need. His involvement with the Rainbow Farms Family was particularly significant, where he flourished under the mentorship of Gary Heally and Julie Ka'aloa. Adam found a sense of purpose among friends who embraced him wholeheartedly, creating a nurturing environment that he cherished.

Adam is survived by his loving parents, John and Sophia Allen, and his siblings, Shane Delgado and Billiejo Snider. His beloved Grandma Aurora Delgado also grieves his passing, remembering the warmth he brought into her life.

As we gather to celebrate Adam's life, let us remember him not only for his laughter and kindness but also for the love and support he showed to so many. At this moment we are asking for help from the community and friends that Adam loved. We are asking for donations to help with giving Adam the rest and service he deserves. All donations will go towards the service for Adam that we are currently planning.
